Chair of the Parents’ Association – Vacancy

Join us as the New Chair of the Parents’ Association!

Our current Chair, Rina Patel, who has been in post for 4 successful years, is stepping down this term. We would like to thank Rina for the invaluable contribution she has made to the student experience at the school over that time, from the Christmas Fayre to film evenings.

The PA is now looking to recruit a new Chair to play a key role in collaborating with the PA team to lead fundraising events, facilitating crucial support for school initiatives and making a difference to the lives of our students and teachers.

In recent years, the PA has helped enhance school life through:

  • Donations to the school through fundraising from special events for students
  • “Pre-Loved Uniform” allowing parents to save thousands of pounds and helping the environment 
  • Supporting school events such as the school show and musical events 

Financial contributions to the school make a significant difference to students’ lives, funding essential resources such as classroom technology, equipment and tools; from microscopes for A-Level students to shelving for the library. Donations through the PA for this year so far are already more than £3,000.
