We’ve been selected to get a free delivery of rope-grown mussels from Offshore Shellfish. 

As one of only 200 school nation-wide, it’s a fantastic opportunity for us. Mrs Holden showed them how to check the mussels properly before cooking, and gave tips for seasoning a delicious Thai broth. The smell from the food room was divine!
